Refunds can only be made if the goods have reached the address in return form with the return form included. A track and trace must be provided via mail ilse@soguilty.eu. The costs of returning the goods are at the expense of the consumer. Transport costs of outward shipment cannot be refunded. Add p1 and 2 of the return form to shipment

Professionals cannot claim a return unless in case of damage on arrival, please contact ilse@soguilty.eu.

RIGHT OF REVOCATION/REFLECTION PERIOD

"You as a consumer (not valid for professionals, see general terms and conditions) have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. If you return the entire order, you will be credited with the full order amount including any shipping costs. If you return part of the order, any shipping costs will not be refunded. Only the costs of returning the product from your home to the webshop will be charged to the customer. These costs are approximately 6.95 per parcel, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier, this can vary per country and can therefore be much higher. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging will be returned to the merchant. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order".
